Is GardenRouteNet live yet?
The website is currently in pre-launch. PW01 in Pacaltsdorp West is the first planned launch site. We are not taking binding online orders, payments or installation bookings.
Does an area check guarantee a connection?
No. A preliminary result only identifies a possible planning-area match. Trees, buildings, terrain, mounting options and network capacity all affect fixed-wireless serviceability. A technical assessment is required.
What is included in the planned standard installation?
The R1,500 Standard Managed Installation planning price includes a managed indoor Wi-Fi router. The planned process includes an outdoor receiver, cabling and surge protection, configuration, testing and handover. Site-specific requirements are confirmed before work begins.
Are the package prices final?
These are planned monthly prices. Upload profiles are provisional. Final commercial terms, traffic policies, equipment terms and cancellation conditions will be supplied with an approved offer before any commitment.
